About The Event

At commencement, ACC celebrates its graduates’ hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. The college is proud to recognize student achievement with graduates and their families.

The event honors graduates of ACC’s college-credit programs, as well as students who complete a GED. ACC holds commencement ceremonies in May and December. The college also certifies graduates in August.

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park features more than 2,600 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities located in Lots B, F, G.

It is H-E-B Center policy that every person entering the building must go through a security screening process. Please arrive early to allow for this process.

H-E-B Center enforces a NO re-entry policy. Once you exit the building, you will not be allowed back into the building.

CASHLESS VENUE

All major credit/debit card and Apple Pay are accepted in the venue. Please note, Apple Pay is currently not accepted at the box office or in the parking lots.

  • All bags entering H-E-B Center are subject to search.
  • Clear bags cannot be any larger than 16" x 8" x 16"
    • Clear bags cannot have any colored tinting or obstructive patterns.
  • Non-clear bags cannot be any larger than 5" x 9" x 2"

Exceptions may be made for diaper bags (with child present) or bags required for medical purposes.
 

Prohibited Items

  • Video recording devices (i.e. GoPro), long lens professional cameras, tri-pods, (approved and credentialed media excluded)
  • Explosives or explosive devices, including, but not limited to fireworks, poppers and cap guns.

General Seating Areas:

  • Wheelchair accessible and limited mbility seating areas are labeled on the above seating map with the ADA icon. The icons within the 100 Level sections are on the floor level. The icons on 200 Level Sections are on the loge level (2nd level) and are accessible by an elevator. SPECIAL NOTE – access to all other non-wheelchair or limited mobility seating within the arena require the use of multiple steps!
  • All entrances have ADA accmmodations. Should you need to be seated on the loge level (2nd level); bth North and South entrances have elevator access in the respective lobbies. The East Main entrance has an elevator southeast (to the left) of the entrance as you enter the building.
  • Wheelchair and limited mbility seating is limited, so please arrive early should someone in your party require special accommodations.

Wheelchair Service, Hearing Assistance, and additional Assistance:

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Please visit the Guest Services Desk behind section 121 on the concourse to secure a wheelchair escort or assisted listening device. Please note both are first come first served and wheelchairs may not be kept during the ceremony. Wheelchair escorts will take you to and from your seating.
