By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and agree not to hold H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, Texas Stars Limited Partnership, Ticketmaster, LLC and the City of Cedar Park liable for any illness or injury in connection with your or your guests’ attendance at the Event.

By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and agree not to hold H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, Texas Stars Limited Partnership and Ticketmaster, LLC for any illness or injury in connection with your or your guests’ attendance at the Event.

WARNING! STAY ALERT! In consideration for attending the game or event at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park the holder of this ticket (“Holder”) agrees to H-E-B Center at Cedar Park Building Policies and the following terms:  Despite enhanced spectator shielding and other safety measures, pucks, basketballs, and other objects may still fly into spectator area and serious injury may occur.  Holder hereby:  (i) VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGERS incidental to attending the game or event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual game or event, including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by event pyrotechnics, pucks, sticks, basketball, other objects, players or other spectators as well as effects related to the novel coronavirus, covid-19, which has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization, is extremely contagious, and is believed to be spread mainly from person-to-person contact and the risk of which cannot be eliminated by precautions, and agrees to release Texas Stars, Limited Partnership (“TS”), Texas Stars Management, Inc., DSE Hockey Club, L.P., DSE Hockey Club GP, Inc., the City of Cedar Park, the American Hockey League, Spurs D-League LLC, the NBA Development League LLC, third party event promoters and performers, opposing teams and each of their respective owners, general partners, shareholders, directors, affiliates, players, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any liability for personal injuries or loss of personal property from such causes and waives all such claims.  If injured, Holder should immediately notify HEBC personnel.  Holder agrees not to transmit information about the game or event, including but not limited to, any written account, picture or video. Holder’s name, likeness, and image may be used in any written account, picture or video taken in connection with the game or event for any purpose, including Spurs D-League LLC promotional purposes, with no further compensation to Holder.  This ticket may not be used for advertising promotions (e.g., drawings, contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without TS’s prior written consent.  Holder and Holder’s belonging(s) may be searched at HEBC and Holder hereby consents to such search and waives all related claims.  This ticket is a revocable license.  The resale or attempted resale at a price higher than the amount allowed by law is grounds for seizure, prosecution and subject to TS STH terms and conditions.  All games and events are subject to date and time change.  TS assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets or property of Holder.  No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.  Sales tax is included in the price of ticket.

This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the ticket and is subject to the full terms found at www.ticketmaster.com. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms. Unlawful sale or attempted sale prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. This ticket may not be resold for an amount in excess of the face value of the ticket without the written consent of issuer. Maximum resale restrictions may apply, e.g.: PA: greater of $5 or 25% of ticket price plus tax; NY: if venue seats more than 5,000 persons, ticket may not be resold within 1,500 feet from the physical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of law. In the event a legal baseball game is not played, ticket may be exchanged for same price seat for either: (a) rescheduled game, if any; or, if applicable, (b) any home game within 12 months of original game, if available. Complimentary tickets not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefit offered to tickets with a dollar value. TIME, OPPONENT, ROSTERS AND DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or other trade purposes without the written consent of issuer. Applicable taxes are included. Holder assumes all risks occurring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause, and releases management, facility, league, participants, clubs, artists, their representatives and personnel, Ticketmaster, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims. Take care of your ticket, as it can't be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for event and seat printed on ticket.
